Terry Parham

Mentor Ambassador and Sponsor

For 30 years, Terry served as a Special Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) tracking and arresting international drug traffickers around the globe. Working in New England, Miami, D.C. and Argentina and Peru. Terry has worked with U.S. and foreign police departments, federal law enforcement agencies and foreign dignitaries as well as diplomats in support of DEA’s vital mission to enforce US drug laws.

He enjoys family life with his wife, Marie and three children (Damien, Malea, and Andre) and grandson, Enzo. For enjoyment, he watches sports and plays jazz piano with jazz bands and musicians throughout Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C.

Terry is a native of Brockton, Massachusetts and graduate of Northeastern University.

Mario Salgado

Mentor and Sponsor

Mario is a talented and skilled bilingual professional with more than 15 years experience of working in fast paced environments.

Mario is a native of Miami, Florida and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management.

Zakee Howard

Mentor

Zakee Howard has over 25 years of both banking and leadership experience. He currently serves as Chief Risk Officer at Harbor Bank of Maryland. Prior to this role, Zakee was a First Vice President and Risk Management Officer for SunTrust Bank’s Consumer Lending Solutions and Mortgage Transformation divisions.

Zakee loves baseball, basketball and football, playing golf and has become a pit-master during the pandemic spending weekends with his smoker.

Zakee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston College and a Master’s in Business (MBA) from Emory University. He enjoys spending time with his wife Claudia, and sons Caleb (6) and Avery (4). Recently Zakee and his family relocated to Silver Spring, Maryland after residing in Atlanta, Georgia.

Andrew is an experienced and passionate individual.

Qubi Campbell

Mentor

For 10 years, Qubi served as a Fireman and Paramedic in Greater Atlanta Area. Qubi has been EMS Instructor for over 5 years and Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor for 20 years.

Qubi is a native of Decatur, Georgia and graduate of Florida A&M University
