The ECOsystem Group Corporation is a youth mentorship program created to foster confidence, encouragement, motivation, and leadership qualities for young men from third grade to twelfth grade who want to be challenged and push themselves to the next level. The design of the program relies exclusively on proactive parental involvement and guidance along with the shared insights of dedicated professionals who serve as mentors to each of the youth participants.

ECO-drive was created so mentees, parents and mentors could come together to raise funds for an upcoming trip to Washington. D.C. Our objective is to explore the sights, visit monuments, and tour historic Howard University.

ECO-rock was a collaboration of strong foundational minds of Mentor Terry Parham, and his wife Marie Parham and his mom Doris Parham. Our young mentees Bryan, Jayden and Chris took an impromptu road trip to Plymouth, Massachusetts. First it was Lobster Hut for lunch. Then a quick history lesson at Plymouth Rock and finally some ice cream at Kilwins. At the end of the road trip Doris gave some words of wisdom that seem to stick with the mentees Overall it was a blast and a success.

Our Mission
The ECOsystem creates a mentoring brotherhood community of young and old men. They work together to motivate self-discipline, inspire good habits of consistency and lead each-other to accomplish personal goals. We use books, music, gaming, and sports to form a connection with our mentees. Meeting weekly to strengthen social skills with guest speakers and teaching financial literacy through events and travel.
